You can submit your application to rent one of our properties on line providing that you meet our standard criteria. If you cannot meet these conditions you cannot apply on line and you should complete and send us an application form

The process for applying on line is:

you view the property and ensure that it meets your requirements
you send us the deposit
- this will be the same amount as the monthly rent unless we have told you otherwise
- you may pay the deposit by:
  - transferring it direct to our account by telephone or internet banking or by contacting you bank
  - sending us a banker's draft or building society cheque
  - sending us cash by Royal Mail Special Delivery
- please note that if you withdraw your application after we have started processing it or if you make a false statement in your application which results in your application being declined we will charge £100 + VAT per applicant; in all other circumstances your deposit will be refunded to you in full if your application is not accepted
you complete the on line form below
we send you by email a link to an on-line application form which you should complete and submit
we process your application as soon as we have received your deposit

We always acknowledge applications by sending you a link to the on-line application form - if you do not receive an acknowledgement then we have been unable to contact you via the email address you have provided
